The apartment itself is lovely. Very pretty and lovely blue paint. Secure outside fob to get in or use the key. Once inside is reception and a small table and chairs in the courtyard shaded with an umbrella and the apartments around that. Bathroom has a washing machine even which is great, but we didn't use it. The bedroom had good air conditioning and also air con in the lounge area with a small table and sofa bed designed as the adult and kid room. Fridge in the bedroom also. 2 small waters and 2 earl grey tea bags provided. Nice place. Location is good for being 12 mins from Buyak Han and the central market. And maybe 20 from Ledra street crossing for shopping. Wasn't far and you can browse the shops and stalls on the way.

Very good location, 7 minutes walk from the border crossing. The room was comfortable and everything worked fine.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
There is no breakfast. The accommodation is plain and simple. It is a good option to stay cheaply near the centre of the city with no frills. You get what you pay for. This accommodation has shared shower and toilet. There is a shared kitchen one can use and a balcony if you want to sit out. It is within the Old City and in walking distance from the city centre. The staff are friendly and helpful. The owner also owns the excellent Sabor Restaurant only a short distance away.

New and clean hotel located in the city centre of Nicosia. The room was clean and quiet, the beds were exceptionally comfortable - we slept like on cloud. The stuff was very firendly and the breakfast exceptional. I strongly recommend this place :-)
Gorgeous boutique hotel in old town Nicosia. Only 3 rooms, beautifully restored old property. Selay is a great hostess who helped us book a car and accommodation for the rest of our trip. Lots of tips on what to do and where to eat. Very powerful shower. Fantastic breakfast.
Absolutely everything was great for a city stay. The host was extremely helpful and had a lovely character. The property was very visually engaging and charming. The location was ideal, set back enough to be quiet but close enough to walk everywhere we wished to. The breakfast was very sweet outside in the courtyard. Our room was clean, modern and comfortable.

Couldn't be more central and yet perfectly quiet. A 7-8min walk from Kyrenia Gate with the bus stops for Girne and Famagousta (and a large supermarket still another 7min-walk further away). A light breakfast was cooked on the spot and served in the sunny courtyard. Fridge and kettle in the room come very handy. Large bedroom with adjoining private bathroom.
Great location in Nicosia. Market next door, shopping and cafes are 5minutes drive. the apartment is great, almost brand new. good internet, comfortable space, secured building and elevator. Deniz was a great host and helped me with my questions. I highly recommend. Couldn't ask for a better place.
