Beautiful peaceful property, spacious, modern, and well thought out, with rooms accessible to a central dining building.
We were given the choice of two different rooms, and picked the larger one with a very comfortable bed, lounge, coffee table, and desk, surrounded by gardens, because we wanted lots of space. The other room was right on the water, which was also excellent. Both were spotless, well furnished, and light.
Dung, the lovely host, was fantastic. He looked after us like we were family, helping with information, bookings, food, everything he could think of.
So worth staying here if you can.

We had an amazing time with Quan and his family. The road to get there is a bit bumpy but they organize everything and it was way easier than to come on a bike ! Also we recommend coming during the day for the same reasons.
You may want to download a translator if you want to be able to enjoy long talks with the family. Everyone was wonderful and Mua (Quan’s wife and Phi, his niece, took a long walk with us through the beautiful scenery) and the next day Quan took us to the market and we walked back to his sister’s house for a great lunch and at night we ate a fabulous diner and played card games and drunk a lot of rice wine. An incredible experience all around learning about the red Dao culture and being fully immersed in an incredibly breathtaking landscape and a very nice family :) truly a high point of our trip ! The rooms are very clean and bug-free and the view from the balcony is crazy !

This exceeded my expectations for a hostel. Private room was small but clean with air conditioning and a fan and also toiletries and a towel provided. Breakfast included was fresh banh mi made when you got there and fresh fruit
Great location with beautiful views. The place is well kept and the breakfast was the best we had in all Vietnam. Also, I suggest you try the pizza at the restaurant (I'm from Italy and LOVED it). The owner was extremely helpful in organising private tours of Ha Giang with our limited time, but be careful with pricing, the lady is a hustler ;)
This accommodation probably corresponds to the quality/price, but I was rather disappointed. I didn't expect anything extra, but we got a room that was unfortunately very musty and moldy. I chose accommodation based on reviews, but I definitely wouldn't give this accommodation such a high rating, it was disappointing. The advantages of this accommodation were: cheap, excellent breakfast and food in general. Shared bathroom was ok, quite clean.
We had a very pleasant stay at the hostel. It's brand new, they moved a little bit out of the busy and noisy city centre and are in a more quiet surrounding now, just outside of town but with enough restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance.
Breakfast is also good and we were welcomed with a nice cup of tea.
The new location is not yet updated on booking (18 Feb 2024) so check google maps, there it's already correct.
