The personnel were absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and kind. The room and bathroom were clean. Beds were firm, but not too hard (sometimes the case in Central Asia). The location could have not been better. No need to use a taxi in the cory as everything was walking distance from the hotel. They also have a roof top, which is probably amazing in the summer. Visited in January, so a bit cold to utilize obviously. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Buhara!

You may need some assistance if you visit to this boutique at first time by yourself because it doesn't locate at main street. Close to Lyabi Khan, just around 5 minutes. I will definitely stay this wonderful boutique if I visit Bukara city again.

Sezam was truly a home away from home. The room had all the facilities mentioned on the booking portal. The room looked exactly like seen in the pictures. In fact the house with a courtyard looked so warm and inviting. The location is very close to the old city of Bukhara, barely 5 minutes walking distance to the Ark as well as the Poi Kalan complex. But this is not all. The best thing about this guest house is the family that runs it. I felt like a family guest. The lady of the house as well as her daughter in law took utmost care of the smallest of our needs. They were smiling always, and we had interesting conversations although they didn't speak English. The daughter in knows little English, but all of them manage using Google translate. Each day they cooked amazing breakfast, different dish each day, and managed to give me good vegetarian options as well. The owner of the guest house even arranged a shared taxi for me, inspite of it being a public holiday. I would definitely recommend this Guesthouse to anyone visiting Bukhara.
