nothing!!!!! we never stayed at this location because it was not a very good room and was dated about 20 years ago. It was a one room location with everything in one room per say and had a odor

Very attractive and comfortable room, furnished in a 'heritage' style in keeping with the inn. As was the lounge where tea, coffee and soft drinks were available at all times. wine and light snacks availability from 5pm, with a desert from 7pm. a good opportunity to meet and talk to other guests.
A changing breakfast menu provided the evening before to be completed and returned, then served in the attractive courtyard. Within reason you were able to amend the dishes without any issues.
Fridgerator and freezer available for guest use. Competent, friendly staff who went out of their way for us.

Beachview Inn and Spa does not only have wonderful, clean facilities it is like taking a step back in time. It was so peaceful and quaint. I can not imagine a better place to stay. We will certainly be staying there in the future if we are to go back to Tybee Island. The staff was welcoming, friendly and eager to help with any and everything. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend them to anyone!
It would be helpful to have the exact address for the key/arrival package location since we drove to the wrong address at first. We loved 127A. It was very clean, organized, well decorated. Overall, very welcoming! The kitchen, bath, and bedroom were equipped with all necessary items for out short two night stay. Kids loved the treasure chest! We loved to be just steps from the beach. Quiet area and family friendly.
The interior of the main house was very nice, great antiques. We stayed in the Ophelia suite and it was cheery , had a small refrigerator and private bath.
Smokey was very helpful and added to enjoyment of the property.
The location is good, just a short walk to the beach and a few restaurants.
Breakfast was very good and drinks were available all afternoon in the same area.
I would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast.
