We loved the friendly welcome at this hotel and the extremely helpful staff and owner who really seem to care that we had everything we needed. We were provided with useful information about hikes in Zion, eating out and the area in general. The rooms are very comfortable with individual characters related to different novelists. Ours was spacious and had antique furniture which provided character. We loved the lemonade and cookies provided each afternoon and the coffee available in the communal lounge. There was ample parking and the hotel is conveniently situated to pick up the shuttle bus into Zion. Lovely breakfasts provided with a voucher for local cafes. Highly recommended.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the congeniality and friendliness of the Tylers. I fractured my right wrist while there and Mrs. Tyler insisted in taking me to an Orthopedic Urgent care facility in St. George (45 minutes away). Furthermore, she arranged for family members to pick my son up at St. George's airport, brought him to Zion, so he could drive us back to California! They provided wonderful breakfasts and made me feel pampered during our stay,

The house & garden are absolutely beautiful. It is evident that a lot of love and care went into making this Inn very special. You may be sharing the house with other guests, but all bedrooms and bathrooms are completely private and feel very secure and safe. Plus, chatting to other guests around the pool and at breakfast was very enjoyable.
Neil was a fantastic host. He had great communication with us and was always available and easy to reach in case we needed anything. He made us breakfast and would ask for our preferences and it was absolutely lovely and very tasty. Thank you Neil, you were wonderful and made our stay very special!
The location of this Inn is perfect, especially if you have a rental car. Rockville is just a 10 min drive on a straight road from Springdale & the entrance of Zion National Park. The surrounding neighbourhood and area is so safe, beautiful, tranquil, peaceful. A lush oasis nestled within the desert canyon. The place was very special. I can't wait to return some day.

Really enjoyed a 2 night stop here .Large comfortable room, quiet, well located for Zion national park.Excellent breakfast, restaurants within walking distance . Great service from the staff on the front desk - we had a problem with our hire car and had to have a new one delivered to the hotel late one Friday evening- the hotel staff took calls from the hire company , relayed the messages and took a genuine interest in making sure our issues with the car were resolved .
Clean, well appointed, bed was first class and importantly the pillows were thick and comfortable. Staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Great location and great surrounds. Quiet surrounds.
Great location near Zion. Quiet, comfortable beds, nice garden outside our window. Nice cold pool warm hot tub. We would recommend it to anyone. Very close to entrance to Zion park. Good to leave your car there to visit the park.
Loved the location—so close to everything…the Zion shuttle, restaurants, etc. It was charming, clean, and quiet, perfect after a day of hiking. I took some great pics of stars there, too! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They had lemonade and cookies when you arrived, coffee was out by 5am, and breakfast was at one of the local restaurants (which was very tasty). We even got to park there before check-in, which was such a convenience.
Located as close as possible to Zion Park, in a charming tourist town, with excellent restaurants and cafes. We were given a spacious housing unit that includes a living room, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with an amazing view of the Zion Park mountains. The unit has a rustic feel, everything is made of wood. Parking is free. Very quiet. Warmly recommended.
Cannot remark enough the special stay I had here, everything so charming, beautiful and spotless. Lovely host that explained everything with detail. The room are based on different writers. It was like coming back on time. Perfect location as its just barely 5 min walking to the bus shuttle. I just parked the car and didnt drive it during my whole stay, not needed. Excellent breakfast!!
