    The valet Luis was an awesome host. It's quiet which was surprising with O'Hare airport close by. Excellent restaurants within walking distance.

    Very nicely made hotel, large and cozy though. Friendly and helpful staff (wanted a room change and the support was just great) and an excellent breakfast buffet (compared to other chains in the US a real blast!)

    A handy location, quiet, in a good area and close to O'Hare airport, with free shuttle service available. Also close to L-train to city centre (5 minute walk to station) and supermarket. In-house bar and grill is good. Good sized room that was very clean. Reasonably priced in a relatively expensive-to-stay city. We would have no qualms in staying here again.
