The bed and breakfast provides certain units that feature a balcony and mountain view, and the units are fitted with a private bathroom and a wardrobe. At the bed and breakfast, each unit comes with bed linen and towels.

Location was perfect, it had great character and it was lovely to mix with the other guests. The owners and staff couldn't have been more helpful if they tried.

Was an awesome room! The little breakfast area was nice and the fish pond was nice. Its just outside of Moab, literally a 2 min drive into the center of town so you away from the hustle and busil of a rather large town. It is easy to get to head horse point as well as canyonland.

    Excellent hotel all round. Big rooms, comfortable bed, good size bathroom, outstanding shower. Great location (out of town, so quiet), ample parking, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast included (but see 1 negative comment below). Will definitely stay again

    Great hotel great value for money off season. Staff were great at letting us store our mountain bikes in a small storage area and had no trouble letting us access at anytime. Breakfasts by David and his team were fantastic. Clean quiet and great location. Made our stay great!

    A very nice, modern, spacious and comfortable two-bedroom apartment. Clean and tidy. Comfortable big beds. Very good bathroom with a tub. Fully equipped and stuffed kitchen. Comfortable and cosy sitting area. Nice terrace. Great complimentary private parking at the property. The property also has a very nice common space with a grill and a hot tub. Location is also great - quiet, yet just couple blocks from the very center of Moab. The host is also very nice and attentive, and is really striving to solve the problems, if any occur.

    This property is excellent! The staff are so nice! It’s a great location. The pool was lovely. The washing is easy and cheap. The most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in! Big room with everything you need. Cooking amenities and fridge. Mostly I loved the friendly nice staff! Thank you!

    Wonderful staff. Nice small breakfast even as early as 6am. Great location for visiting the National Parks. A little bit off Main Street makes it quiet at night although all rooms are facing the street.

    Surprisingly good!!! Despite having teepees on either side it was quiet and with the fence felt private. There was a private area next to our tee pee with a gas grill, fire pit and table with chairs and umbrella. Inside the bed was comfy. Extra blankets if needed. Towels. Good lighting AC, mini fireplace fridge and TV - staff were really friendly-had a great stay!!! Bonus very short 5 min drive into Moab for dinner

    Good location. Had two queen beds, and desk area, and a small table along with the bathroom area in which there was a frig and freezer, which were decent. The beds were comfortable. Really quaint log cabinish feel. Quiet.
