Our first room, I asked to be on the very end, and instead I was placed in the middle of two rooms. Being between two rooms was very noisy and loud, and I could not sleep. The Solomon day I asked to be moved, and I was granted a rum at the very end, it was very quiet and peaceful. The second room was much larger, which was to my liking. And I thank goodness for Floyd to assist me in this transition.

Personnel at the front desk were very friendly upon check in and check out. Marie was great - very friendly and personable! Room was comfortable, morning breakfast excellent. Room was pretty quiet.

Nice hotel. Great location near a huge mall with many restaurants. Great for shopping lovers. The hotel staff is very polite but the room is very small and the air conditioner was very noisy. A pill was flying in the air, which caused an allergy to the eyes. If you are with children, I would not recommend staying here. But overall the hotel is very nice.

Alloy's location is good in that it's right off a main road, and access to neighborhoods and main highway are manageable. There are amenities nearby, such as a large grocery store, and an ethnic grocery store (Indian), several fast-food places, coffee. Alloy is clean, quiet.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great room, clean, gym was nice. Good location. Next to King of Prussia Mall and 20min to Philadelphia city center. Would stay here again.
