The estate is centered around historic Victorian house built in 1873, there are four other buildings, most units have views of Cayuga lake, some with private balconies. Each room comes with a private bathroom, free toiletries, use of the laundry facilities and free WIFI throughout the property. Flat-screen TV's with cable channels are in all rooms except the Victorian Inn.

Excellent hotel, very large room, very specious, clean, well maintained. The staff is very warm, welcoming and helpful. We really like the Gym, pool and hot tub. Parking space is at a nearby parking garage, requires couple minutes walk (there is place to unpack luggage before checking-in at the garage). very close to cascadillia falls (7 min walk) and to bars and restaurants.

What a gem - it was a beautiful house and such a lovely place. The room was amazing and the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was really lovely. The attention to detail was massively high and we felt so welcomed and even had a gift waiting for us, which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend. Terri was such a lovely host. Good location as well especially as we were passing through from New York to Niagara Falls.
