This is an exceptional hidden Gem of a B&B It excited my expectations , the cleanness outstanding and wonderful details of the propertie and accomodations the attention of the hosts , this amazing and absolutely delicious home made from scratch breakfast the beautiful view of the lake . I just can not wait to go back Thank you again Theresa and Daniel from Argentina by the way .🙏💞💝

    A really lovely little hotel, clean, very quiet AC, everything new and tastefully done. Fresh oranges for breakfast, 24/7 coffee etc available . Beach very close. The staff went out of their way to help , even organised a bedside lamp ( the overhead are very bright)

    Everything was perfect. Very quiet area away from the main road. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The king size bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was freshly cooked. I strongly recommend it!

    The room is very charming and comfortable. The owner is very kind and helpful and prepares a delicious brekfast, taking care of our specific wishes (for example she prepared me a keto breakfast on demand) The place is charming with a direct access to the water. There is a game room that is very appreciated by children. I highly recommend Crystal River Lula B&B

    Management & Customer Service here is fantastic. Thank you Sheri for all you do! Breakfast is fantastic & coffee is amazing! Hotel is spotless & rooms are clean & quiet! I have been staying here now for a few years when I come up to paddle the river. I won't go anywhere else!

    Great location in the town, very clean room & facilities, super friendly staff, tasty & plentiful breakfast, easy walking to Three Sisters & restaurants & stores. Our room was on the busy road side which was surprisingly quiet most of the time except one night, an idiot was playing music loud in a parking lot close by which wasn't the hotel's fault. Would definitely return if in the area again.

    Quiet place not far from old town and springs. King Room #12 had a good size and also a big shower (with seat). Tina make us feel very welcome 🫶 Breakfast had specials like Croissants with egg, bacon and cheese and also fresh fruit salad 👍

    This boutique hotel was centrally located, as I could walk to my manatee tour. The staff are really accommodating, and do their best for you to have a good visit to the area. The breakfast was great, with fresh fruit and freshly made eggs, bacon, etc.
