Before I arrived at the location I called to confirm my stay, informed I do not have a room, after going back and forth I informed Management of the problem, soon after the receptionist called me to say, there is a room available for me. Prior to that conversation she told me it were booking.com fault because they were completely booked.

I loved how warm and friendly Maude and Derick are. My room was very clean, comfortable and I loved the compact size and convenience of everything. Communication was great and my hosts were relaxed and genuine.
I had Doubles in the morning because I really wanted to try an authentic Trini breakfast and I told Maude that I was Vegan. She made sure I had some Almomd milk available for breakfast, lots of fresh fruit and we chatted at length over the meal. Maude and Derrick are so down to earth and knowledgeable about the local history and their vibrant Trini culture it was the icing on the cake for me.
The neighbour is safe and easily accessible to the airport which is a 5 minute drive away. This accomodation has an optional shuttle service available which swayed me in choosing it. I'd definitely come back again as this coupled with the breakfast and great company made my overnight stay convenient and comfortable.
It's the little touches like this that really made this stay memorable, seamless and above all exceptional. Thank You!!

Unbelievably nice and helpfull staff. Took me for a late dinner out, helped with taxi and with local transport application, with late bagage delivery from airport, with transport to beach.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Great location across the street from the beach, beautiful ocean views from the property, nice ambiance, friendly staff and comfortable bed. I could see this hotel was the place to be in it’s day.
Amazing location - I booked it as was cheap and you certainly get what you pay for. Not even that cheap at £70/night. My room had a leak from the toilet but I was tired so kept it til the morning . Pretty gross. Bed was comfy - they swapped it next day and gave me a free late check out . Nice breakfast

We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast in the open air dining room. Meals were tasty, there was a short wait time between ordering and receiving the meals, there was a good variety of options and service was excellent. It was private and not overly crowded. The views out to the beach and the surrounding mountains were fantastic.
We had a great time staying at Las Cuevas beach lodge, the hotel is located in a great location near Las Cuevas beach, and there is a spectacular view of it from the hotel. Our stay itself was very pleasant, and we were particularly impressed by the hospitality of the owner Sanjaay, who went out of his way to help arrange activities in the area, as well as transport, and was overall a fantastic host. Recommend to anyone in the Maracas bay/las cuevas area.
