Perfect location, great view, close to attractions by car or walk, very helpful friendly staff, carried our bags, abundant breakfast, super host! Hubby was sick and the staff and owner arranged for a return hospital trip and even kept checking on his health after we checked out of the accommodation to head home. They arranged for a round trip taxi to take me to an ATM and pharmacy.

We really liked the hotel terrace, where you can watch the flying balloons at sunrise. The breakfasts on the terrace were also wonderful and tasty.

The staff made the time here. The guy who checked me in, didn't catch his name, and the guy, Eren, who was there for the rest of the time I was there went above and beyond to be kind, chatty, and helpful. The room itself was quaint and well stocked and the appliances provided were in good working order and modern. The terrace gave incredible views and the views from the room were just as good. Breakfast is included but I didn't have the opportunity to try it so I can't comment on that.

A beautiful hotel, such a unique experience staying in a luxury cave, gorgeous setting. Not much to do in the town just a few restaurants, quieter than Goreme. Delicious breakfast served to you with a great assortment, all v tasty.
Excellent breakfast, cave rooms with heating and ventilation, renovated bathroom, very helpful staff, a dog and a cat. 20 min walk to city center. There is a 12th century church in the backyard.
