It was very clean, quiet. The apartmen was close to the sea, a minimarket and the public transport. The panorama was marvellous. The householder was very kind.

Borjstan was very kind and helpful, we waited for us to make the check-in after 19:30. The vila is a little bit old, but well equipped. It's very close to the beach and to the city centre with lot of restaurants and shops, so the location is a big advantage. The wifi was stable.

Everything was excellent. Two ladies who are working at the reception and dinner area are so kind and welcome. The room was very clean and I got clean towels every day. Breakfast was very nice with everything you need.

Staff is absolutely amazing - a girl who welcomed us at the reception made very good impression. Also a guy who served us during breakfast was brilliant. Breakfast itself was a nice surprise for its overall quality. Views around the villa are beautiful. We had a bottle of water in the room.

Impossible to drive very close to apaetment (very narrow driveway).
We mostly paid to park our car in near zone 101 using EasyPark app.
However, all cost of parking was reimbursed to us at end of our stay!!!

Our room was very nice and quiet, we had a beatiful sea view. Private beach was just a few steps away, we could always find at least few free beds there. Also good location. We had a fantastic time and sure will be back.

Lovely place, close to the beachfront, but secluded and quiet. Really nice staff, especially the lady in the mornings. Although the rooms are quite small, the beds are comfortable and the Mitsubishi Air-conditioning is the best. Also, everywhere is super clean. For bikers it's also great as covered, safe, free parking directly in front of reception, also places for about 7/8 cars. Drinks are really cheap and no one is trying to rip you off. Great experience.
Big comfortable room with balcony and sea view, quiet, good air condition system, excellent breakfast with big variety of different foods and very good coffee, big parking in the territory of the hotel, private, very clean big private hotel beach with free parsols and umbrellas for guests wich is easily assessable with elevator (easy yo find place but if you want first line near the sea, try to get there earlier). Perfect location (Bernardin) - between Portorose and Piran.
The owner is a great host! Everything was highly organised. Apartment is new, cosy and very clean. Distance from a city centre is around 20mins by foot, but on the other side, area provides you peace, quiet and absolutely amazing seaview and beautiful garden with seats everywhere. We´ve been amazed. Highly recommended! :)
