Abisko Guesthouse offers self-catering guest rooms and apartments. Each guest room has a wardrobe and access to a shared kitchen and communal sauna. Guests staying in the rooms have access to shared bathroom facilities. The apartments have a private full kitchen and private bathroom facilities.

Friendly staff, plenty of showers and bathrooms, with two kitchens and two communal areas. You can even choose to book activities directly here if you want to. Another big plus is the fact that you can use the facilities after check-out if your train is in the evening. A nice and comfortable stay, 10mn away from the lake and less than 1hr from the national park too. Definitely recommend!

Great location close to the national park. The canyon at the park is a must-see! The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Everything was just as expected. Perfect for a one-night stop when travelling between Finland and Norway.

Nice and clean hostel! It has a loundry service, drying room, free sauna and shared kitchen. We had really nice view from the room; to the lake and mountains. Before midsummer, there where almost no one else there, so the whole place was very peaceful and quiet. The room itself and hostel services and spaces were better than in Abisko Guesthouse we visited last year.

Fantastic location, clean, and best value you can get in the area, especially for a private room. It is in central Abisko Ostra, couple of minutes walk from the station, supermarket - and you can get coffee at reception - and a 10 minute walk to the lake (you may see moose and it's a good dark place for the northern lights!) There is a great, flat path from Abisko Ostra to Abisko Turiststation, 30 mins walk max, and is lit, so can walk day or night.

Lovely stay. Beautiful room. Comfy beds. Private locks on our bedroom doors was nice as we stayed in the shared apartment. The sauna was so nice. Stunning views and great location to easily walk down to the lake at night and see the Northern lights

We spent 1 night here in September. The scenery and foliage surrounding the lodge were gorgeous. Our little room was cute, well appointed and very quiet. Slept very well on the soft sheets. Amazing welcome from the entire staff, everybody is so friendly and professional. The breakfast/dining area is charming and cosy. We also had a very tasty meal at the Brasserie, conveniently located inside the lodge. Drinks in the lounge area by the wood furnace topped our evening.

Very great hostel! Well located near the train station and a big grocery shop. Everything was clean, well-equipped kitchen and dining area, plenty of toilets and showers. The room was clean and quiet. Easy check in / out, we arrived early and were able to check in ahead of time. Very friendly staff! :) Gift/Souvenir shop and information about trips nearby. I really recommend!

This is a really great hostel! For a good price I got my own room which was quiet, good temperature, and free of mosquitos. There were plenty of shared showers and toilets. The shared kitchen and dining area were great. I wish there was more budget accommodation like this in Sweden and Norway!
