Great 'help yourself' continental breakfast that could be eaten out on the terrace or in the large open upstairs area. Excellent location with a woodland walk though to Monte Gordo (so no worries about parking) and also easy to walk into Vila Real de San Antonio. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it looked great. Owen was a super host with lots of local advice.

We had a good sized room, everything was very clean. Wifi is good, shower has hot water and good pressure. Beds are comfortable, sheets and towels are clean. Lots of street parking. The area is very quiet. We heard other guests come in the front door but then didn't hear anything. It was very quiet. A 10 min walk to the beach. Breakfast was adequate with bread, cheese, cold cuts, eggs, yogurt.

Perfect location and while the common areas are a bit worn excellent bedrooms. A bit different from a hotel but all the better for that. Would definitely stay again.

Choose an upstairs room with river view ( no lift). Rooms are not enormous but the view is amazing.Breakfast was very good with a variety of hot and cold items. Fresh juices and excellent coffees.

Superb value for money! The hotel is in a very tranquil setting, close by to Tavira, with an excellent breakfast. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, plus there's a lovely pool on site.
The breakfast was delicious, homemade granola every morning as well as freshly baked bread with fresh fruit and an excellent freshly baked cake every day.

The property is decent, and the cleanliness was excellent. Overall the property was comfortable and good enough for the purpose of our stay. Given we were staying out of season, there’s nothing to complain about due to the lower price. And being out of season it was quiet and lovely. Location to the beach is fantastic to walk there.
Great place to stay. Nice pool, excellent garden, friendly staff. Lots of choices at breakfast: with homemade sweets, fresh fruit, local cheese and several fresh juices. The place is just outside the village, so very quiet at night, but bars and restaurants are just 5 minutes by foot. Beach is about 2,5 km away, so car is very convenient. Can strongly recommend this place if you want a quality holiday
Quiet and secluded. Location was nice and private. Gated entrance felt secure. Clean and tidy. Changed bedding once a week.Victor was very accommodating when we were delayed for 2 hours and arrived at 2.30am. Lots of lovely trees and scenery. Only 6 minutes to the beach by car.
