As soon as we arrived we felt relaxed , superb grounds and lovely pool with a view across Faro.
The rooms were spacious and beds and shower were top quality . The owners Pat and Carol made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Even making my son’s 11th Bday breakfast very memorable.
Great to be supplied with pool towels too and only 20 mins to the Airport so perfect for our last stay in Portugal after exploring the coast near Sagres.

A lovely place to stay, central but on a quiet street. Room was a lovely size, clean & comfortable. Toiletries, tea/coffee (& treats), bottled water were provided and topped up daily. Safe/ hairdryer in room. Wi-Fi and air con were excellent. Didn’t see owner but communication was good thru What’s app and access codes provided on arrival day. We had an early flight into Faro and were able to leave our case in entrance hall until check in time. Would highly recommend.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
The villa is great, with lovely decor and space, a good kitchen and bathroom, and comfy beds. The outside space is good, too, the BBQ area has a lot of space, and we had one most nights. The pool is great too, although 2.5m deep with a shallow end up to an adults waist, so not suitable for little ones. But teenagers will love it (there is a great wall for jumping off!). Location wise it is 25 minutes from Faro and it is quiet and easy to get to.
We really enjoyed our stay at the place! Everything was perfect. It had everything you would need. I personally like dishwashers on vacation not to have to do extra work but it wasn’t a big deal since everything else was there. It’s in a great location, close to the airport and close to Spain which is where we travelled from. I would love to replicate the Bakehouse for my own. Thank you Emma for everything!

It's peaceful and quiet charming house on a hilltop that will provide you great value for money and beautifull views from the mountains above.
Staying here will allow you to reach a handfull of destinations with a short drive.
