The building is beautifully restored and maintained, hosts are so helpful, shared kitchen was clean, stocked, and organized, and location great for exploring the city. The property is a house overlooking the beach, the rooms themselves don't have the oceanview per se but have access to a terrace that does. It was clean and the lady who runs it, Alice, is very nice. Location is also very close to the center of town and nice restaurants and right behind a hiking trail along with the whaling/whale oil museum.
