We stayed for three nights at Villa Tranberg during our vacation in Portugal. I have to admit I’ve never felt more welcome at a hotel. They have created a wonderful oasis to relax and to really feel at home during holidays. Each day Gabriela made us the most delicious breakfast with everything you could wish for. Most of the things were homemade. The rooms are as clean as it possibly can be. Gabriela and Hakon are interested in you as a person they do everything you can wish for and give you space. This is the perfect stay and we would always come back just to stay the entire time at the villa.

Very clean, modern and big rooms. Super friendly and helpfull owners and staff. The kitchen and the garden are is perfect to prepare food, everything is well organized and clean. We enjoyed the stay!

Room 11 is a clean and comfortable room that includes a small refrigerator, sink, stove, top, tv, and large shower. The pool area was nice and there was a nice area to bbq and relax. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance for a delicious meal. It's a 20-minute drive into Albufeira, and this was a nice place to get away from the crowds there.

The host Maria was very lovely. The villa itself was calm and quiet as it’s on the outskirts but it was still easy to travel in and around Albufeira and the nearby towns. The breakfast served every morning was phenomenal !

The staff were great, very helpful and kind. The location was ok. The restaurant next door had good food. The pool looked nice but it was too chilly to use it.

Casa dos Arcos is a very special manor house. Its a 300 years old palace built in the 18th century, where a noble family used to live.

The location is super central—just excellent. The pool area was also fantastic. There was a lot of privacy and tranquility. Breakfast was tasty (especially cheese and pasties de nata!). It's a good accommodation for a short stay—our room was very nice, either.
