The location's perfect, right in the centre of Vidigueira and with plenty of free on-street parking available all around. Although my windows looked onto the main road with lots of through traffic, it was always cool and quiet inside, thanks to good glazing. José was incredibly helpful in recommending local sites and businesses, including some lovely restaurants, cafés and bakeries. Vidigueira's a wonderful base from which to explore not only the immediate local area but also much more of Alentejo.
