My plane was delayed, my train delayed twice, after the first train delay they said they would stay up for my arrival and when I informed them of the second delay they left a key for me in a security box. The room was superb including not only a mini bar but also kettle and coffee and tea. After such a prolonged journey and late arrival this was a god send.
