The lady at the reception was so warm and welcoming! She is amazing. We stayed in a room on the ground floor, next to the pool and it was perfect for our kids. They loved the pool and we could enjoy our patio while they swam and played. The breakfast was also delicious with lots of variety and friendly, helpful staff.
