Beautiful place great location and wonderful staff
Very quiet, private and cosy for a couple with a very comfortable bed and excellent shower facility. There were nice touches provided by Julie such as breakfast cereals, yogurt, juice and biscuits. The garden outlook and private patio added to a very pleasant experience. Easy walk into the city district.
Private location with the advantage of direct access into Virginia Lake Park.
Quiet location, loudest thing you will hear are the ducks in the park.

Excellent breakfast, great location - close to the City by car, lovely clean rooms. Both rooms have their own private toilet/shower. Coffee making facilities and chilled water in the fridge in the rooms. Very quiet safe street. Would definitely stay again. Allie has great local knowledge and recommendations for eating out.
Tucked away in a quiet suburban setting to the west of the city centre this air conditioned garden flat has all the amenities for a very comfortable stay. The bed was excellent, and access to the forest and lake was a bonus. Our hostess was welcoming and charming, and made sure that we settled in with a minimum of fuss.
