Quiet and has beautiful garden. Can see the sheep just over the wire fence. Good space for parking. Not far from Lincoln Town. The host kindly allowed us to check in one hour earlier and took us to the room and brief instructions. Spacious room and bed. The kitchen has all the basic stuff, very thoughtful.

Comfortable, quiet, cozy stay outside the centre of Christchurch. Whole house is decorated very lovingly, familial atmosphere as you see hosts and other guests everyday at breakfast for a little chat. Breakfast continental or cooked breakfasts prepared fresh for you. Hosts were very caring, gave tips for the area, you can pet the dogs.
You park on the side of the road, no problem though as there was always space when we were there.

We had a very comfortable stay at this Airbnb. The room, though not large, was very cozy. The bed was soft, and we slept very well. The room was also very clean and warm. The host, Vicky, was extremely friendly and recommended a great place for dinner. We had a wonderful night and would love to come back again!
