We were a bit out of town which we loved, so it was very quiet. Private outside seating with sea and mountain views in the distance and Alpacas in the field. Room was very clean and comfortable with a welcome settee. Lots of information about things to do in the area.

Very friendly Dog Boz who kept my son busy playing ball, while I relaxed. It was a good central base to do day trips to Franz Josef and Punakaki from. Den and Susan were great hosts and knowledgeable about the area, and local sights to see.
