Set in Balclutha in the Otago region, Piwakawaka Suite features a balcony and mountain views. With garden views, this accommodation offers a patio. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking.

The suite is situated in a new residential area, 5 min drive from the city centre. The flat is quite big for two person stay and the bed is extremely comfy. The host has also provided breakfast and basic utilities for our stay. I would definitely come again.

    Loved everything, just wouldn’t call it luxury. A welcome drink was a lovely touch, very relaxed host and lovely dogs. The homemade jams and breads were fantastic.

    We had an excellent experience staying at The Fern & Thistle. A warm welcome by Matt. The room was clean, warm, comfortable and so classy! We felt at home straightaway. The whole set up is generous: The hot pool, sauna, private bathroom and a good breakfast in the morning. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful decor all through the homestead. The owners obviously have an amazing eye for detail. A wonderful stay and highly recommended.

    Very spacious and comfortable unit, nice private deck with a great outlook into some trees and quiet. Convenient to have a restaurant and bar onsite because we were just travelling through.
