What a fantastic place to stay, we absolutely loved it, beautiful surroundings and a fabulous house and gardens, breakfast was delivered to us the next morning which was a basket of super fresh breads and pastries, the fridge was stocked with juice, cheese, fruit and even a couple of beers. Manager was very busy when I arrived during a festival. But he diverted to look after me and storage of my bike. My room was huge and comfortable. Excellent (optional) dinner & breakfast.

The room was large and comfortable, with a separate seating area and its own small but clean bathroom. It was a real bonus to have a fridge as well as a kettle and coffee-maker. It's in a quiet residential street but an easy short walk to the town centre and seafront, where there's a big choice of places to eat. Our hostess was friendly and welcoming, and recommended a couple of restaurants. After we'd paid for an hour's parking outside to unload our luggage, Steffi told us where we could find free parking a bit further away. The apartment was good value compared with local hotels in August.

I was travelling from a holiday with my family to a work conference the next day and needed a stay close to Amsterdam for one night. Fantastic rural location but only 10 minutes from airport and 35 minutes from Amsterdam Centre. The rooms are not just spacious, they are huge. Judith, the owner, is very friendly, multi-lingual, flexible and helpful. Considering the hotel prices in Amsterdam during big events, this is a viable solution, which we will consider. It definitely exceeded our expectations.
