Very warm welcome and introduction. Host, Nellie, made sure we did not lack anything. My daughter, who always finds it difficult to stay anywhere but home, felt at home :) Extremely good breakfast. All situated in a revised chappel. The main room breaths history and is due to it's former usage, very high. Thank you Nellie and Jeroen for the hospitality and stay!

Exceptional location in centre of Zeist and Netherlands, in incredibly cosy building, hosted by very friendly helpful host. Sadly I could not visit restaurant as I had other arrangements, but next time, I will, as the odours around dinner time were irresistible. The breakfast was out of this world. Brilliant.

Bed and Breakfast Valckenbosch, a property with a garden, is located in Zeist, 13 km from Huis Doorn, 13 km from Fluor, as well as 15 km from TivoliVredenburg. The air-conditioned accommodation is 11 km from Museum Speelklok, and guests can benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. Outdoor dining is also possible at the bed and breakfast.

A truly exceptional B&B. The proprietor is an artist. The breakfasts are works of art and a feast for the palate. The location and decor are a feast for the eyes. There is a very nice terrace which affords a view of a lovely park. The proprietor is extremely gracious and helpful in all things. There is a bus stop just 300 meters away. I stayed here as I was visiting Zeist for a meeting of a European intellectual society. Although their meeting will be elsewhere next year, I might book a short stay here on the way there or back just to enjoy the surroundings again.

The room includes the bed and also WC and the shower in open space - without any door. Surprising :-) Big windows with the wiev to the park is great. Very quiet place, as on holliday! Great breakfast full of fresh fruit and a lovely dining room.

It is a nice place to if you want a quiet and calm place far from the hustle bustle of the city. The manager of the castle Joris was wonderful and very nice to us. On our way back, he was kind enough to drop us to the bust stop by his private car. Much recommended !! Note: If you are using public transport, you will need to walk around 1.5km from the bus stop to the public place.

The rooms all face nature, which adds to the quiet and cosy atmosphere of the room. Furniture and decoration is modern rustic, extremely comfortable beds and couches. The lobby has free coffee, tea, water and snacks. Staff was lovely and perfectly bilingual. The restaurant was beautiful and served at least 1 vegan option at every meal. The hotel is next to a forest, perfect for walks. Very good value for money, highly recommend!
