The room is lovely and beautifully renovated with all the luxuries. The bed is also very big and comfy. Breakfast felt like a fine dining experience and we absolutely loved all the flavors and dishes that came out. Definately a great place to treat yourself for a weekend away.

Jannie was very welcoming and gave us a full tour of the farm before we settled in our room. She also had wonderful suggestions for activities in the area. She was very thoughtful and had fresh eggs in the room and brought us plums picked from the trees in the yard. Some of our favorite activities on the farm were: brushing the horses, watching the chickens, riding the trikes, using the pedal boats, and walking to see the cows.

We loved the close proximity to Amsterdam but without the noise and hubbub. The wagons are adorable and cozy and the shared facilities are clean, well stocked and all that you need. We loved seeing the cows and countryside. This is a working dairy farm and since we live on a farm ourselves, it was a nice treat to see how it worked. Henk was great at communication, and Ineke was a lovely hostess. The breakfast she brought us was wonderful and literally "fresh off the farm." We will stay here again if we ever come back to Amsterdam.
