We had a very nice three night stay at the Saya Boutique Hotel in early August 2023. The location could not be better. Kamp street appears to be one of the nicest areas of town. The hotel is a few steps from the old center with many shops and restaurants. There is a small Spar grocery store immediately next door. The hotel has two rooms located on the ground floor behind a commercial space that is not currently being used for a business. The owners live above the the ground floor. The front door to the commercial space is opened used an electronic key fob. That same fob opened the door to our room. It is a good system. Easy to use, but very secure. The owners allowed us to park our tandem bike in the commercial space. We really appreciated that. Our room was very stylish with nice furniture and decorations. The back wall is mostly glass with glass doors that open to a beautifully landscaped courtyard that is shared with the other room, although there some separation of the courtyard to give each room a semi private area. There was no street noise in the room. We had a few questions when we first checked in and the owners were very responsive. They also offered us an extended check out when it looked like we might get caught in the rain after checkout ( apparently the room was open for our departure night). We really appreciated that offer.

Paul is an extraordinary person who knows how to host in an amazing way. We really enjoyed the place, the house and his welcome. It should be noted that rooms are part of his house without a separate entrance. There are two rooms, one of which has a bathroom in it and the other does not (it is outside the room). We and the children took the two rooms offered and it was excellent. Thank you Paul for your time. You are a very charming and interesting person.

Our stay was great, the place is lovely and really feels like home. It was equipped with everything you could think of. The heating was really pleasant and comfortable. The host allowed us to stay on our last day until noon which really made it easy for us. The house is located in a very beautiful village and the hosts let us use their bikes. It is easy to find, nice and quiet location, very relaxing. It really feels like you are in a Spa. The owners are very sweet and the attention to detail is perfect. Breakfast gets delivered the night before, so you can enjoy waking up in your own time. Very clean, the bed is super comfortable, enough towels and there were possibilities for snacks and drinks at the property, very thoughtful in case you just don’t feel like getting out!

Lovely B&B on a horse farm/riding centre. Staff were great and super helpful. I left my tablet here and they arranged getting it posted to a friend in Amsterdam for me! Good sized room, comfy beds and well equipped shared kitchen.
