The location was top! Was just a few meters down to a beautiful beach and shacks with some amazing food. There was a restaurant that was open throughout the night again a few meters from the property and was brilliant. The host was one of the kindest hosts I have ever seen. Lorena was very kind, accommodating and even helped us when it was little late for us to arrive. After a long drive, the sleep quality was amazing. The balcony opens up to the beach view and was beautiful both at day and at night.

What a wonderful stay! The owners are very helpful from tje minute we booked. Parking is just upstairs and a few steps with luggage. The view from the room was spectacular and we could sit under the trees having lunch. Well equiped communial kitchen with a view. The beds are very comfortable and we woke up with an amzing view over the bay. All in all a wonderful stay!

Probably the best beachfront stay in Tivat, or at least thats how we felt there. Im not talking about luxury here, but about the things that matter. Hosts are laidback and kind, as is the whole vibe of the place, so if youre visiting, please keep it that way! Be respectful and do not disturb the peace of such a lovely spot. A real gem.

Excellent location within 10-minute drive from Kotor. The villa is located just in front of the sea with beautiful view from each of four (4) apartments offered for rent.
We stayed in one of 2 apartments located on level 2 and had a luxury of having a balcony equipped with chaise lounges, table, chairs and umbrella.
The accommodation was of sufficient size for 3-4 people with all required appliances available.

We were staying at this place already last year and after great experience we returned. Everything is as great - well equipped apartment, quiet bedrooms and great location next to Gabela street. While parking is not available next to property its not difficult to find a spot in walking distance. Would love to return
Location was quiet, great view and walks along the bay and mountains. Can easily walk to a small supermarket, restaurants, and a cheaper takeaway cafe. The apartment was clean, and the staff were really great. Had to pay cash not card through booking.com. small supermarket, restaurants, and a street food takeaway.
There are a lot of things to see in Kotor Bay, so good localization, great views from the house, nice sunbeds, very good wifi, air conditioning in every room, close to nice and fairly cheap restaurants, very quiet, clean, great cat who seems to live on the balcony of the house
The place is in the Kotor area, but not so close to the main "city center". It's a budget place to stay during for a day or a few. The room where i stayed is small, but had everything that you need: a fan, fridge, private bathroom/ toilet, terrace, comfort bed, wi-fi. Most of the stuff is old, but work and the room itself is enough. If you are on a budget during your stay in the area, then this is your place.
The location is with an excellent view of the sea and the town, a nice yard and terraces in a quiet neighborhood. Great for families. There are private parking lots. An excellent place to start exploring the beautiful UNESCO-protected bay. The room was neat and clean with a private bathroom.The room had a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning and a balcony. The kitchen has everything you need. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I absolutely recommend!
The apartment is amazing! We lived like in the castle, design was nice, cosy and room
was very clean, bed was big and comfy. House had very nice garden with private pool, lounge area. The host was very friendly and sincere. It is abosulutely worth money and more! Free big parking is next to the place, city center and beach 3 min by walking. City is small, but very nice and near Perast, Kotor or over Kotor bay villages/cities.
The landlord, Filip, is the great host ensuring we had everything we needed, he gave us great recommendations of places to visit. The apartment had everything we could needed and more, very comfortable with great terrace for lazy evening chill. The place is close to beach and city's center but located on peacefull and quiet hill where no noises would disturb. The town - Risan, is conviniently located as a base place to visit whole Kotor's Bay attractions. 10/10 score and we already miss the place.
