100% the best place to stay in Mhamid. For this amazingly low price you get better service than some of the fancy places in Marrakesh. The team is very kind, the cooking is delicious and the air conditioning much appreciated. But my biggest recommendation is - ask them to organize the trip to the desert and camp for you. Our guide Hamza was truly amazing, thanks to him we got much more than most advertised tours offer for less money. If I were you I would do the full service with the oasis lunch and the camp.

We had the best Sahara experience we could ever imagine. The camp has everything you need and makes your trip way more special. The cabins are super comfortable and the food is amazing. At first we wanted to stay one night but we ended up going with the host more deep into the dessert and stayed there for another night. Our host Aziz took great care of us, thought along with us and made our trip so magical. We got a private 4x4 tour, he made us feel like home and told us everything about the Sahara culture.

The camp is outside of town on the edge of the desert. All the little tent/cabins are originally painted. The place is very charming, and the hosts went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They took us on an extensive tour of the desert and dunes and never seemed rushed. I would love to go back in another season.

desert and after reading various reviews, we opted for Erg Chagaga for a authentic experience. Camp Ras N'khal of Desert Maroc Tour we got what we were looking for. Brahim ran with his family a camp 2 hours from M'Hamid and just below the largest dune. The bivouac is well equipped with a common room and bathrooms, you sleep in very comfortable tents and it mixes just right comfort with the allure of adventure. If you really want, you can experience a dromedary walk. Brahim and the others were very welcoming.

OMG, what an amazing place to stay! Within minutes of arrival I felt like a long awaited friend returned for a visit. Mohammed & Ali had tea and cookies out before I had time to set my bags down and check the room. Room was awesome! 2 beds, very comfy. Clean sheets, warm blanket. Personal/ private Bathroom was fantastic! The interior space was comfy with big couch and coffee table; a small table n chair as well. Outdoor courtyard was even better. Cool little garden in the sun then a great covered area with couches, tables and chairs to enjoy the outside without cooking in the sun.
