    Great location easy walk downhill from Narita station, excellent bus to airport as shuttle in morning. Very quiet, room was spacious and comfortable. Excellent value for money. Nice walk to temple and town

    Great location close to airport using hotel shuttle bus for late night flights. Very large room. Excellent breakfast. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful with directions. In its hey day it was a very beautiful and prestigious hotel. Facilities are getting a bit tired now but the original quality still shows.

    Conveniently located, very clean, everything there was easy to use (as a non-Japanese speaker because they have English translation for everything). I also appreciate the storage room that guests can use even when it's past check out time. Because I stayed at the private double room, everything was so quiet. So, I had a good rest after a long flight. Will return if I visit Narita again.
