This is truly a special place to me that I can call home and would recommend to anyone visiting Naples. The immerse genuine hospitality of the host is amicable, he goes above and beyond, which truly shows the warmness and authenticity of the people of Naples and will be experienced by prospective guests. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean and located in a secure compound with private parking overlooking mount Vesuvius and surrounding nature. Note: I’ve always struggled with places around having unadjustable shower hot water temperatures but this seems to have a that in order and perfect temperature.

This is great place to use as a base for exploring Naples and the surrounding area. Nice to escape the crowds of tourists at the end of the day and come back to a ‘real’ Italian neighbourhood. Two minutes walk from the train station. Lorenzo is a wonderful host, very attentive and always willing to help. He is always available for advice and questions. Highly recommended!

The property was conveniently located 15-25 minutes away from Naples center and the market place. Our room was the suite on the top floor which offered amazing views of Vesuvius on one side and on the other it offered views of Capri and the coast of Torre Del Greco. The room itself was large in size and included a personal sauna, hot tub, Turkish bath (steam room), and a stand up shower. Staff was pleasant, professional, and informative of the area and amenities they had available. Breakfast was limited but still enough for our morning. Please keep in mind many places outside of the hotel we learned opened up later in the day so breakfast was limited as well in the city. Overall stay was amazing and would highly recommend anyone traveling to this area.

The hosts were really kind, and the rooms and outdoor area beautiful. Our host brought us fresh croissants and buns each morning. There are wonderful restaurants in the sweet small town. We had amazing pizza close by.

A very helpful, accommodating and kind staff. Terra's room for four people is just right, the balcony was with a pleasant obsession. We were there one night. Walk about seven minutes to the store. Parking is safe even if the niceness is narrow but there was no problem with the smaller car.

Villa Viuli is an marvellous place to stay when you want to visit Pompeii, Herculaneum or the Amalfi coast. Easy to reach by highway coming from Napoli. After a busy day spent at the above mentioned locations, you come back to this villa, with it's garden and huge swimmingpool, overlooking the sea and the island of Capri at the horizon. Ernesto is an excellent host, speaks English perfectly and is very willing to give advice. To us, spending two nights in this exceptional villa and room, was even more special because of the owners and the geological knowledge they share with anyone who shows interest. What a beautiful way to experience Pompeii and the Vesusius Vulcano. Thank you Ernesto, Angelo (and Hugo ;-) )

The room was really nice just like in the pictures. Our room was cleaned everyday which was a good point for me, I really liked it. The host is really nice, he helped us everything, even I had a lot of questions. I recommend to stay here for longer trips too. :)

We absolutely loved our stay at Casina de Goyzueta. The place is calm and quiet, decorated with a beautiful taste. You will find everything you need to wind down and enjoy your time off: from beautiful views to a nice garden and a pool. But most importantly - the hosts. Manuel and Olga made sure we have everything we need to enjoy our vacation. They are very welcoming, attentive and genuinely nice. We would love to come back some time soon to further explore Italy from this wonderful place.
