The hosts were absolutely lovely and we had great conversations (in Italian - I don't think they speak English), we couldn't have hoped for a more friendly welcome. The house and room are beautiful and for our purposes perfectly located, i.e. close to but not in the centre. Breakfast included actual bread, cheese and eggs (which is unusual in Italy) and delicious homemade marmalade and we were really happy with our choice all around. A beautiful location just out of Spello with wonderful views out over the hills to Assisi. Cassandra was a great host who quickly responded to any questions prior to our arrival and offered many options for us during our stay. The room was immaculately presented with a very comfortable bed and breakfast was very good with lots of variety. It was good to be away from the hustle and bustle of being in town and to not have to worry about parking. Highly recommend this B&B.
Lovely house with an amazing view of the valleys around Spello situated in the edge of the town with a private garden and pool. Big and spacious house, nice and quiet area in a cosy little town with amazing restaurants.
The owner is very nice and helpful and can show you where to park the car.

This was an amazing apartment in perhaps the best, beautifully flowered street in Spello! Picture perfect location in this quiet, beautiful town.
The apartment had everything you could need, was cool, quiet, with a comfortable bed, great coffee machine, good lighting and plenty of space. Food and drinks were a very short stroll away and free parking outside the walls was about a 5 minute walk away. Giulia was a great host, always available to answer any questions.
I highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it!
Lovely, quiet, lots of space and well equiped. The property owners were a delight and so friendly. great location in the town and to base yourself for the surrounding area. Comfortable bed and good kitchenette facilities.
Monia and Gianluca were very professional and excellent hosts. Very quick to respond both before and after check-in poviding tips on restaurants and grocery shops near by. The apartment has great location easy to access Spello on foot. It is very nicely decorated with modern bathroom and a beautiful entrance though a private courtyard where there are some tables that you can enjoy a tea or coffe on. It is clean and comfortable great for short stay at Spello. Recommended!
Charming room located in quieter area of Spello. Friendly host responded quickly to questions and met us to guide us through serpentine streets to A Due Passi. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and very quiet bedroom. The interior was a comfy blend of ancient brick and modern amenities. There is no microwave or Wi-Fi, but cell phone will work. Parking reasonably close. Recommended.
