The place is amazing, just in the hearth of the town. The owners welcomed us very warmly and helped us in every way possible, before and during the stay (one of my friends had hurt, so the owner offered to bring her himself to the thermal canter by car). The building is warm and perfectly tidy and clean. Furnitures are new as the structure has been recently renovated.
The breakfast offered by the owners was beyond expectations. There were lots of products (sweet and salty) of the Region: local cheeses and hams, and yogurt, the best croissant of town, a fabulous home-made cake prepared by the owner's wife. We really enjoyed a nice conversation with the couple, who have been helpful all the time.
We will come back for sure!

Great stay lovely place. Its a short 5 minute walk to the Spa. Five of us had the whole apartment to ourselves as there are only 2 bedrooms. Would highly recommend & would stay again if we return.

B&B is located at really nice area. Building is looking like there was done some renovation. However to reach street where hotel is located is quiet challenging by car :) This was real deal for driver. Owner is building in hotel so you just ring bell and owner open main door. Owner Chiara is very friendly and communicative. Also we were asked on which time breakfast need to be ready. We arrived late afternoon so owner advice open restaurants at village which she recommends. In general room was really clean, bathroom was spacy. Sleeping there was for me real pleasure because there was no noise from outside. Nice countryside views available. Really recommend this to people who would like to relax in mountains

Great location. The room had a view. A nice cafe under the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. An ideal place if you also want to visit the San Pellegrino thermal baths. Breakfast is normal, as usual in Italy :)
Location was very good (except for the howling dog, which in all fairness they have no control over and what did quieten down. Secure parking on site and lovely breakfast, served at a time that suits.
Amazing facilities and complimentary San Pellegrino water. Dyson hairdryer, very quiet and comfortable hotel. Beds were comfy and nicely furnished and decorated
