Property is in superb location. It is located just skirts of Assisi.
Place is nicely renovated, clean. Mattress is comfortable. There is a kitchenette with fridge, cafe machine, kettle, etc.
A lot of nice snacks are offered for breakfast in the room.
The scenery of Assisi and valley are marvelous.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Mr. Francesco was a great host. Despite we arrive a little bit earlier than expected he meet us very friendly and show us the facilities and the room. The room was very clean, very presented and spacious. The breakfast was very good, fresh and if you are lucky with a sunny day you can enjoy the beautiful Perugia landscape.
The house is very spacious and clean, located in a good location and furnished well. Private parking for one car and more places on the street. Very good access to Perugia, Assisi and other attractions in Umbria.
