First of all, the owner Jo deserves special praise. When a person helps you with a smile and does extra service for free (hot tee with a lemon in the evening), it’s simply awesome. Nowadays it has become a luxury. Secondly, there is a parking space in front of the house, which is important for us, because we came from France by car.

Barbara was a very welcoming host who had ensured ample stock of all things that we could need. The charming kitchen and terrace made us feel like we are locals living in a home. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood, but with all essential groceries, restaurants, and even a pharmacy in very near vicinity.

From the map, it looks remote, but it is literally 100m from metro station, red line, sou you can reach the very center of Milan - Duomo square in 25 minutes. Also quite handy when flying from Malpensa.
There are two big supermarkets nearby and all you could need - cafes, pizzerias, pharmacy, barber shop.
The Pero district is cute, clean, and quiet, with a small river running through it.
Apartments themselves are comfy, with everything we need. The quality of sleep was very good)
