The staff working there were extremely helpful. They made sure we could check-in, as we arrived late and helped us with parking in the centre. The room was big and clean, we had everything we needed in the room. Location is in the centre of Palermk, so during the night it was nice to take a walk and have drinks next to the accommodation. The breakfast was really good, the bakery had a lot of options and nice coffee.

It is greatly located for those who want to stay at central Palermo while enjoying a calm and quite place. All the staff has been exceptional. Vitto welcomed us and answered all our inquiries and gave very nice recommendations. Mary always greeted us with a smile at breakfast. Chetty made our stay better by carefully taking care of our room. At breakfast we could enjoy Barbara's delicious home made cakes. When we asked for a change in our reservation, Barbara made it possible to make it suit for us. Emiliano was exceptional and even helped us with the luggage when we left. If we ever return to Palermo we will definitely stay at the Terrazza Sul Centro again. Everything was impeccably clean and everyone made us feel at home

Great accommodation: freshly renovated old building, modern and cosy, very clean; kitchen with espresso machine and juicer (incl. fresh oranges daily) for free use, pre-packed muffins and toast in the room, water in the fridge; in the bathroom not only a hairdryer with attachments, but also a curling iron, great care products, super fluffy towels; lift available; the photos in the description correspond 100% to reality. Central but quiet, bus stop 2 min. away, many cafés and restaurants in the immediate surroundings; the owner is very welcoming (unfortunately my Italian was not good enough) and helpful - when I am in Palermo again, I will definitely stay at I Canti Comfort Rooms again.
