Easy to find. Wonderful reception: everything explained in English, including a covered park for the moto. The ground floor apartment was huge, and incredibly clean. Good location with a supermarket and several pizza restaurants nearby, an interesting town to explore, and magnificent ancient Abbey. The owners live upstairs and replied very quickly to a question sent via booking.com. Thank you for a superb week!

Great location, easy walk to the old squares and churches, and to Enzo Maserati museum. Excellent bed, best I’ve slept in a rented room. The host was kind, friendly, and communicative. The room was in a lovely apartment and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was nice, with options.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Close to Modena and Bologna yet in the countryside so it is quiet. Guido is the perfect host. He makes an excellent cappuccino. The breakfast options were plentiful. Guido gave us an informative tour of his family’s traditional balsamic vinegar ACETAIA. I recommend this B and B to anyone looking for a place to stay outside of the cities yet still close enough for day trips to Ravenna, Modena, Bologna and Parma.
Enrico and Karen are great hosts, very friendly and welcoming. We had good chats over diner. This is definitely not a traditional b&b you will find on booking com.
I very much enjoyed it but it absolutely depends on your personal interests and expectations.
