Excellent location in center of Riccione. Close to restaurants, bars, shops. The beach is next to the apartment. Excellent sea view from the living room balcony and side sea view from the bedroom balcony. The living room balcony is big and can accommodate up to 6 persons with a table and a couch. Both rooms have big TV. All the necessary appliances and cooking tools are provided.
The underground parking was provided by the host and is about 200-300 meters away and is 10 euro/day. If you travel by car is absolutely necessary.

We (couple, 4yo boy and toddler girl) attended a wedding in Conventino di Gradara, for which we spent two nights in a quadruple room in this place. The location is great, just on the foot of the road to Gradara.
The lady running it is super sweet and, upon request, prepares a yummy breakfast with sweet homemade cakes (5 euro/pp). She also gifted our daughter a cute stuffed bear and, upon request, let us check out a couple of hs later the last day, which was great post-wedding.
The room was old-style deco, yet with modern furniture, comfy and had many extra pillows, blankets and towels, as well as storage space. Great high-end bathroom. The children's bunk beds had security barriers. Windows had shades (we did use our portable blackout for the nap, but because our youngest needs it to be pitch dark for napping). Zero mosquitoes. There was complimentary coffee, water and cookies, a fridge and a small table n chairs in the room. The outdoors are beautiful also, we enjoyed visiting the vegetable garden as well :-)

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Everything was super nice, comfy and clean. Breakfasts were surprisingly extremely testy and there were every day private Italian barista who every day made us coffee whichever we want.

Excellent location in a small, quiet bay. Private beach right outside the windows. On the other side, there is direct access to the pool.
The apartments are clean and have two bathrooms.
Parking space in the garage is provided, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, we didn't use it as we had a minibus, but for small cars, it’s great, especially considering the summer heat.
