Nadine has been an excellent host: she relentlessly took care of every single detail and made us feel at home starting from the moment we arrived. The room was incredibly clean, comfortable and decorated with lovely attention. We brought our dog with us and it was very comfortable. Nadine has been extremely kind, welcoming and lovely, always ready to help with anything we needed. Not to mention the amazing cakes (homemade) and pastries for breakfast: always delicious, including a wide array of choices and accompanied by Nadine’s smile! No one of us wanted to go back home!

The owner was very kind. I arrived after midnight because of a mistake I made, and the owner kindly sent a video explaining how to get into the building and what room I had.
The next morning, I was the last one to have breakfast. He made me scrambled eggs and explained where the eggs came from, heated up a cake for me and genuinely just had a nice conversation. It was great as a solo traveller.

Nice room in affordable amount of money - close to train station (5-10 minutes by walk) and Forli’s old town (15-20 minuets by walk). The neighborhood also seemed to be safe and quiet. I like the idea of shared kitchen with a lot of facilities included.

Quiet, spotless, well furnished, and truly excellent property. The use of a private garage for our motorcycle in the centre of town was a real bonus! Excellent communication from the owners to enable us to access the property. Very close to plenty of restaurants, and we enjoyed a great breakfast at one of the nearby coffee bars before continuing our trip. 10/10
Close to the central station and city centre, grocery shops, sights and bus stops in case you need to go to another part of the city. The neighbourhood is pretty quiet though, we didn't hear any noise from the streets. The staff was very nice and did their best to help us even though we experienced a language barrier. Air conditioner in the room was a life savior during the heat.
Most friendly, kind and helpful staff ever! Clean and comfortable room. Powerful shower. Adjustable AC (if it's too noisy just set the fan to medium or low). Private parking. City center 10/15 minutes walking distance.
The cleanliness, the quietness during the night, in spite of the fact it's in the city centre. The kitchenette allows to have something to eat at any moment. Even if I stayed there for business, I recommend it for tourists who want to visit the city..
The object is in a very good location, it's quiet, yet close to the city center and main train station. The shared bathroom is nice and clean, it's cleaned every day. The kitchen has the basic stuff to prepare a meal.
