I loved everything about this lovely stay.A lovely room with on-site and balcony. Loved the design and decor and the paintings. Everything organised and ready clean comfortable and convenient.Perfect continental breakfast great location for early airport flights with the bus only 5mins walk away. Very close to the airport. Free parking. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Quiet and good for sleeping. I dont know if that was only one time thing or regular, but the planes started to make noise after 7.00 in the morning. We were fine, because we were awake anyway, but maybe not for some. We got great room on ground floor with the balcony so it was easy to get inside with all the luggage, stroller and baby.
You could eat on site, but we found very nice breakfast place nearby.
We arrived late from the flight and it ws still possible to check-in with human on site. After that was self check-in possible.

It was the perfect stay for one night close to the airport. Massimo is amazing!! Everything is clean and we had all the facilities we needed. The place is 6 minutes away from the airport with a car . Make sure to bring mosquitoes protection tho!!! Have fun!!

Everything was fantastic! We stayed there for 6 hours, bit enjoy the facilities and location a lot. The owners was so kind to let us have breakfast early in the morning (as our flight was at 6am). Great location to fly out of Ciampino on early flight. Ricardo met us at the property and was very helpful and friendly. He booked us taxi for the next morning and recommended a great pizza restaurant around the block. The room size was good for a family of three for a short stay and had bunk beds so could fit another child.

It is situated in front of the railway station, so it's easy to spend day in Rome and sleep in a quieter place. Train ticket cost just 1.5€ and the journey from Rome Termini is 15 minutes.

Great location, close to airport as well as train link to Rome Termini (15min by train). It is a quiet area and great if you need to be close to the airport or prefer to stay outside of Rome with a good and fast connection. Great location in a quiet residential area close walk to train station and airport bus shuttle and easy access into city centre rome termini station abt 15 mins on train. Car parking on site was a great plus. Convenient place for a stop off on travels or just for a day or two visiting the touristy things in rome avoiding traffic.
