Located amongst vineyards, close to wine and dairy products farm shops. 5 minutes, by car, from Italian bar and small food shops. 10 minutes from bigger shops such as CONAD, plus everything else a clean and lovely town can offer in Italy. Lovely fields of sunflowers fields, like a postcard. Very clean throughout; extremely comfortable and 2 superking-size beds. New oven and fully equipped kitchen. Great shower. Enjoyed the outside and had my family over for dinner. Wonderful stay!!! Very professional and kind host. Very effective air conditioners in each bedroomfor extremelycomfortable night, which didn't need to stay on during the day, because we were out, and cooled down the bedrooms rooms in no time. Wonderful atmosphere.The host made us feel at home and welcomed us with supply of coffee, tea, milk and snacks. We will certainly stay da Tommy again

The house is set in a quiet location with a view of Castell’Arquato in the near distance. It is interesting, sparkling clean and very comfortable to stay in. The breakfasts were excellent but the best thing about Mulino Marsa is Luciano the owner. He is a kind and generous man who did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable.
All eight members of our family were impressed with kindness and level of service.

Luciano was a wonderful host, and very helpful and attentive. Offering to drive us to the train station at the end of our stay when we couldn't get a taxi was very kind. The breakfast was great and the set up in the garden with the view of the town was wonderful. We fell in love with Nino the dog too. The location was lovely and peaceful but near enough to walk to town. The house itself is very charming and rustic.
This is the perfect B&B, beautiful comfortable rooms with many interesting features. Charming host and the very best breakfast, and fabulous views of Castel ‘Arquato.all
