Erico and his daughter are absolutely amazing, our vacation there was stunning. The rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom as well, comfort product as shampoo etc are daily assorted. Continental breakfast, with coffe, cappuccino fresh juices, cakes, biscuits, yogurt, nuts seeds, cereals. The location is perfect easy to reach and near to many touristic places and beaches. As a plus if you like looking at the stars at night you can enjoy a comfortable relax-bed in the garden and contemplate the stunning view of the milk-way and millions of stars. Susanna is an excellent host. The little appartment is super clean and has every little thing you can think of that you might need. The little garden is quiet with a nice view of the old tower of Capalbio. We fell in love with the place and will be back next year. Susanna and Lele gave us great tips for beach and restaurants. The stay was fine. Very clean room and a good bed. Bathroom is spacious. We were a bit disappointed that it was not an individual b & b, this was not indicated in the description. You share the pool and seating options with the Agriturismo next to the B&B (which is a short walk away). Also the breakfast is there, it was fine but no more than that. Location is good, close to everything. the town of Pitigliano is an hour drive, really beautiful! absolutely worth to visit.
