The host is so friendly. He makes the stay even more worthwhile. The room is big has a fan (that is really important in summer). Bathroom was very clean and big amazing to get ready for a night out. The location is perfect as well, very quite slightly remote. I will definitely book again.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
I needed an affordable place to stop for the night not too far from Malpensa airport, and this hotel turned out to be a great option. Although the surrounding area looks a bit dodgy (city outskirts by the side of the highway), the hotel itself is great. The staff was very welcoming, the rooms were clean and well-designed, and the breakfast was amazing. Also quite cheap.
The beds are quite comfy, you can park your car just in front of your door, there is a small fridge with 2 water bottles inside, the air conditioning is good, the staff is nice, soaps and hydroalcoholic gel provided, big set of towels. Quiet area. Big supermarket next to the hotel.
Little gem in the industrial outskirts of Varese. Don't be put off by the incongruous building. The perfect hotel for a stopover! Great value for money. Newly renovated rooms with very cool decor and lighting. Rooms are clean, big and the beds are very comfortable. Plenty of breakfast too. Location is easy to find and as it is right off the motorway it is easy to keep going after a good night's sleep. Very surprising also, that it is very quiet despite the proximity to the motorway. Highly recommend it!

There is a parking lot below the hotel and there are plenty of places. Access from the parking lot to the lobby and rooms is easily accessible.
The hotel is located about 15 minutes by car to the city center. Even though the hotel was completely full, we hardly crossed any people in the hallways and cafeteria, making it nice and quiet, although missing a bit of entertainment.
The dining area is nice and very clean. A lot of charging ports.
I like the concept of the honestly bar area where you fill in the form and list down the food or drinks you ate/drank and will be charged in your room. The room and bathroom is big.

There is a Familia supermarket 200m away and Turkish Kebab 800m away, it was great especially when you get hungry as there were no other restaurant open anymore
