I stayed here for a night. The B and B is in a great location and within easy reach of the main places to see in Brescia. My room was a good size and clean and had air con. Breakfast was self-service and there was a great selection of food on offer and a coffee machine. Gaetano was really friendly and happy to give suggestions on what to see in Brescia. I would stay here again.

Well located, easy to drive to, parking outside the door. The area its located in is a charming ,quiet residential area with good security. Also an easy walk to the Metro to access the centre of Brescia. The Owner was very helpful in checking us in early, helped with luggage and navigating the Metro. Very friendly, helpful guy. Our suite was spacious and clean, very modern with good facilities such as bathroom/toilets etc. Breakfast was in the kitchen which was fine and comfortable.

Everything was perfect! Have travelled all over the world and this was the best b&b / hotel I have stayed in. Clean, easy to get to. The breakfast was excellent! Lovely choice, made fresh. It also amazes me that others have moaned about the slow lift! The fact that this property has a good lift with a disabled access room is excellent!
