Hidden away in the picturesque historic streets of Ortigia. Room really comfortable and quirky in a very good way! Excellent breakfast location on rooftop. Freshly squeezed OJ was delicious as was the dozen or more homemade jams. Coffee and pastries were excellent and great gluten free selection too

We booked Giuggiulena on the basis of all the positive reviews and we were not disappointed. The owners, Sabrina and Claudia were lovely, very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are large, with balconies that gave stunning views across the sea. Breakfasts are superb, with lots of variety to cater to all tastes. We took advantage of Sabrina and Claudia’s offer to cook a late lunch for us which was delicious. The hotel has its own entrance to the sea where you can swim from the rocks in the crystal-clear waters. We’d recommend Giuggiulena to our friends without any hesitation.

The host was Super friendly and helpful. She gave us a lot of tips and recommendations which made our stay so much easier! The room and the bathroom are very spacious and very clean. Parking was super easy within the same street as the hotel. And location was also great. Bus terminal just a few steps away whilst Oritigia was within walking distance.
