If you looked up the word hospitality in a dictionary, then you would see the face of the manager, Mr Sanjay!
From the moment we booked, Sanjay organised transport from the train station for a very fair locals price. whenever there was something we needed Mr Sanjay got it fixed.
Safari didn't want to pick us up from the hotel and Sanjay got on the phone to them and organised pickup from the hotel.
The hotel is very clean, comfortable bed, great pillows, good food for fair prices. staff are good.
If you are planning a tiger safari I would ask the hotel to organise it as I would trust them a lot more than the booking safaris.
(unfortunately we had our safari booked already through an outside company, and it was a farce)

Large, clean room with comfortable beds. Good bathroom with hot water. Rooftop restaurant was very good. Had really great food there.

The attitude of the staff was amazing! Friendly, attentive and always reading the wish from our faces! The spacious room were really clean and well maintained! Excellent breakfast! The entire hotel gives you as a guest the feeling like a Maharaja!

The properties location is great close to town if you like walking around and exploring . It is on a busy road but it is very quiet inside the lovely grounds. The staff were all very friendly. The pool was clean and inviting we were there in summer and I needed that pool every day.
Good communication from the hotel, always very responsive to questions. They helped to book safaris for Ranthambore for a decent price. The room was like the pictures, very modern and clean. Very comfortable bed and very quiet. Great hot water and shower. We had breakfast and a couple of meals in the restaurant upstairs which was ok. Good view from the restaurant terrace. Decent food court 2 mins down the way with cheap and varied food on offer. The nicest room we have stayed in in India on a budget!
