The place was quiet and clean. The owner sent me clear check in/entry instructions ahead of time. The entry was easy and quick. The shower had excellent water pressure and the water was hot. The bed was comfortable. The wifi instructions were clear and posted in the entry. There was hot/cold water available with a few bags of tea in the lobby.

The couple that own the unit are very nice. The unit itself is mostly under their house so there are almost no windows. It is well venitalated , though, so everything is pleasant. It is well outfitted and has a small kitchenette and a double bed that is big enough (but if it had a spring matress, would have been more comfortable). It is obvious that the owners care and make an extra effort to make the most of the place.
As for location, it is near a senior residence (Migdal HaIr) and a hospital . We are observant, and needed to be in Kfar Saba for the Shabbat. The unit is semi suitable, meaning it is manageable, but not ideal. If observant and coming for Shabbat, make sure you bring cellotape (for the refrigerator), a small water urn (for hot water for coffee on Shabbat) and maybe a shabbat platter . The do have a small shabbat clock for your use.
The Beit Hillel shul is very lovely and friendly and it is only five minute walk away. If coming for Shabbat , it is highly recommended.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.

The location is excellent - quiet, close to a park and shops. There is a Pink market and pizza nearby, open on Shabbat. The host is very attentive and responds quickly. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Don't be afraid of a shared kitchen. The clear and detailed description of the apartment on the booking.com was very helpful. Everything matches. I highly recommend.
The owner was very friendly and caring good for us. We could find everything we needed like cosmetics and also something to eat in the kitchen. I felt like being at home and it was super quiet at night. I wished to stay there longer.

Located on Z’Botinsky Street Underneath the building there's am/pm open 24 hours to the early hours of the night. Location is amazing and very close to Tel Aviv and to public transportation.
The owner was kind. Flexible check In and out. Smart TV with streamer and a variety of channels. Private kitchen well equipped and private bathroom.

Location was very close to bus stops, shops and a very nice park. The property was quiet, clean and comfortable, with everything you may need. Judith was an excellent and very accommodating host.
Very near expo. 9 min walk to Bialik Mall. There is am/pm store around the corner. Manager Aurora was very accommodating of our requests. They had everything we needed from dinner sets to cleaning items. Beds were comfortable. The entire house was spacious. If you are looking for a quiet place that is very safe and comfortable this is a very good choice. The lift is a big plus as we had very large luggages
