This family-run guest house has rooms with good-quality beds, mattress hygiene care and tea/coffee making facilities. There is also a comfortable sitting room for guests to relax in.

The place was beautiful and cozy. The hallway smelled good. I stayed in a good quality smaller room. 3 layers (duvet, cotton blanket, fleece blanket) were folded onto the bed, very nice. Very clean and well equipped bathroom. The location is splendid, close enough to Gaiety Theatre. The place was quiet and I can come and go easily. Martina rang a taxi for me which was much appreciated. Met the owner in the morning and had a brief lovely chat. Everyone was nice to me. Will stay here again when im in Dublin :)
